From bakery chaos to a system that runs itself.

PROBLEM

Production and sales were written by hand every day. Every week those pages became a report that took most of an evening. Nobody knew what stock was there until someone walked to the back and counted it.

SOLUTION

Automated capture into Google Sheets, an n8n pipeline, and a Power BI dashboard that refreshes on its own.

RESULT

Weekly reporting fell from several hours to under 30 minutes.
