WHAT I BUILD WITH AI
The work that eats your week should not need a human.
I build the small systems that handle the repetitive parts of running a business. The daily logging. The weekly report. The thing you do every Friday night.
Everything below was built for my own business, or to find out whether it could be built. Nothing here was made for a paying client yet. You would be the first, and I would rather you knew that before you email me than after.
You copy the same numbers into the same spreadsheet every evening.
Nobody knows what stock you have until someone walks to the back and counts it.
The weekly report takes four hours and is out of date by Monday.
None of that needs a person. It needs a system nobody has built yet.
I ran a bakery for ten years. Production and sales were written down by hand every day, and every week those pages became a report that took most of an evening to assemble.
I automated the capture into Google Sheets, wired it through an n8n pipeline, and had Power BI refresh from it.
Weekly reporting fell from
several hours to under 30 minutes.

Why not just use ChatGPT.
You can. Most of what is above could be generated by someone with an afternoon and a good prompt.
The work is not the generating. It is knowing which process is worth automating and which one you should leave alone, what the report should actually measure, and when to tell someone that the thing they asked for will not help them. I spent ten years learning that with my own money. The tools took a weekend.
A free look.
Tell me the one process that eats your week. I will tell you honestly whether it can be automated, what it would involve, and whether it is worth doing. No charge. If the answer is no, I will say no.
A scoped build.
If it is worth doing, I quote a fixed price for that one process before any work starts.
It is yours.
The system runs on your accounts, not mine. You get written documentation. You are not tied to me.
Tell me what eats your week.
No charge for the first look. If automating it is a bad idea, I will tell you so.
